The Position

As a Qualified Person, you will serve a valued part in the Qualified Persons team and you will release marketed products according to the relevant Ministry of Health requirements and regulations. You will work in cooperation with the Commercial Supply Chain department with regards to all the aspects that are relevant to product transport and release. The Qualified Person role also includes updating quality agreements and Standard Operating Procedures, handling of deviations and follow-up on implementation of  updated packaging materials-leaflets for marketed products and will work with several computerized systems. In addition, you will also review Annual Product Reviews and you will handle temperature deviations reports during storage of Registered/Marketed Products in pharmacies and hospitals and in local distributor premises. The position is held in Novo Nordisk premises and is reporting to the Qualified Person and Pharmacovigilance Lead.

 

Qualifications

In order to be considred, it is mandatory to have a Pharmacist license from the Ministry of Health (B.Sc Pharm degree) and Qualified Person authorization by the Ministry of Health and compliance with the MoH threshol requirements, you also need: 

  • Knowledge of the relevant regulations and requirements – mandatory.
  • Experience in the release of tablets and sterile products – advantage.
  • Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures and agreements- advantage.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.

About the Department

The Qualified Person team in Novo Nordisk Israel is managed by Qualified Person and Pharmacovigilance Lead and is responsible for releasing products to the market and for clinical trial products. The Qualified Persons team is part of a regulatory unit that includes a registration team and a Pharmacovigilance team as well.
