The job
As PV Lead you will serve a valued part in the CMR Department (Clinical, Medical & Regulatory) and will lead the PV team of Novo Nordisk Israel. You will manage a team of PV specialists and  act as the main point of contact for the Israeli MoH and the regional and global safety functions inside Novo Nordisk.  You will serve as a strategic partner to the different functions inside the CMR and the business units. You will oversight the compliant management of safety information reporting and handling of customer complaints according to Novo Nordisk and the MOH guidelines and SOPs. You will be responsible for the management of the safety aspects related to external vendors, perform quality checks and audits, and be part of annual management review. You will work in full collaboration with the regulatory and the QP leads.  As PV Lead will be responsible for safety aspects of all Novo Nordisk products portfolio and will report to Novo Nordisk Israel CMR Director.

The position is held in Novo Nordisk premises in Kfar Saba.



  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)- Mandatory
  • Israeli Pharmacist license- Mandatory
  • Previous experience as QPPV or Pharmacovigilance Expert in the pharmaceutical industry- Mandatory
  • You are fluent in Hebrew and English – Verbal and written
  • You are an excellent team player and have good communication skills
  • You have independent learning skills, highly organized and  pay attention to details
