About the department 
A focused healthcare company who is actively working to improve the daily lives of millions of people around the globe. This position represents Novo Nordisk with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Novo Nordisk as the leading company in Diabetes and Obesity care.

The Obesity Sales team is a part of the Obesity Business Unit. The Business Unit is dedicated to change how obesity is treated, how it is viewed, and how it will evolve in the future. Our mission is to enhance obesity management competencies and address capacity issues in primary care, ensuring that people living with diabetes and obesity have the resources needed to move towards self- management.

The position
Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Sales Representative for the Center area in Israel, to work in the Obesity team for 3 years contract. The position is reporting to the Obesity Field Sales Manager.

This role will promote Novo Nordisk obesity products and develop business relationships with primary care physicians and obesity specialists.

You will have a unique opportunity to establish and develop the obesity, a new therapy area among the relevant medical physicians. You will understand the needs and bring insights from your field research.

You will develop, implement and update territory business plans in order to drive sales results. You will participate in conferences held locally in the benefit of your product.


  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in Life science or Nutrition science (after internship).
  • Previous experience as a medical representative is a significant advantage.
  • You are fluent in Hebrew and English (other additional languages are an advantage).
  • You have good communication and presentation skills and have a teamwork spirit.
  • You prefer independent work, driving long distances and high scientific conversations.
