Obesity Field Sales Manager

Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for Obesity Sales Manager to work in the Israeli affiliate. The position is reporting to the Obesity Business Unit Director.
As Obesity Sales Manager you will train, coach and lead the sales team. You will screen and map the potential customers within local market, identify their needs and objections, and plan mitigation tactics. As part of your responsibility in the Brand Team, you will prepare a yearly sales plan and ensure implementation and execution. You will identify KOLs and stakeholders, build and maintain business relationships and engagement.

 

Qualifications 

  • B.Sc. or another relevant bachelor degree
  • M.B.A in Business Management– an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience as sales Manager
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry – an advantage
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English

About the department 

The department is responsible for setting local Obesity strategy and launching breakthrough innovative treatments for people with Obesity and for driving key marketing activities amongst Health Care Professionals. You will be a part of energetic and driven professionals and act to improve the daily lives of patients. You will play a significant role in the Obesity Brand Team which includes Sales, Marketing, Medical department and MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs) department to implement key activities in the market. This position represents Novo Nordisk with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Novo Nordisk as the leading company in Obesity care.
