Your new role

As Marketing Coordinator in our Cardio-Metabolic Marketing team, you'll be the operational backbone that brings marketing strategies to life. From coordinating international medical congresses to managing complex procurement processes, you'll ensure every marketing initiative runs seamlessly from concept to execution.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Orchestrating end-to-end event coordination including national congresses, product launches, and scientific symposiums – managing everything from venue selection and supplier negotiations to on-site logistics
  • Coordinating international congress participation for healthcare professionals, including logistics management, invitation letters, flight and accommodation bookings, and deliverable tracking
  • Managing the full procurement cycle through COUPA/PO systems, ensuring all purchase orders are properly documented, approved, and tracked through to payment
  • Serving as the Director's right hand by managing calendars, conducting monthly expense reports, and coordinating cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating efficient workflows for complex, multi-stakeholder projects and maintaining critical tracking systems including congress lists, HCP databases, and FMV documentation
  • Supporting marketing material development through CVI approval processes and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Acting as the central point of contact between marketing teams, other departments, suppliers, congress organizers, and healthcare professionals

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive marketing coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. You'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience from a global organization is a must
  • Proven expertise in event management and logistics coordination, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial and procurement acumen, including experience with SAP systems and purchase order management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Sharp analytical and planning capabilities combined with exceptional attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
