About the Department

Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Quality Department provides legal and Compliance guidance, advice and support to management members and departments in the Israeli affiliate as well as overseeing the Quality Management System locally.

 

The Position 

We are looking for a Manager Obesity Legal, Ethics & Compliance to join our Legal, Ethics Compliance and Quality Department. 

The role is to:

  • Serve as Legal, Ethics and Compliance Obesity subject matter expert and sparring partner, ensuring Legal, Ethics and Compliance considerations are taken into account in decision making.
  • Proactively drive processes and initiatives to secure compliance by design and strategic integration of Ethics in decision making for Obesity Business Unit in the affiliate.
  • Provide legal and ethics advice and counsel to affiliate employees to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations. 

As a Manager Obesity Legal, Ethics & Compliance you will work in our main office in Kfar-Saba and you will report to the affiliate’s Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Quality Senior Director.

 

Qualifications

  • LL.B and Master of Law degree (or equivalent)
  • 7+ years in the legal, ethics, compliance or related areas.
  • Pharma industry experience is ideal but other relevant experience (e.g. FMCG) can be considered.  
  • Strong communication and writing and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
