Your new role

As GP & IM Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy for Wegovy and Ozempic across General Practitioner and Internal Medicine segments in Israel. This is a role where your strategic decisions translate directly into patient impact—you'll shape how thousands of healthcare professionals engage with treatments that are transforming lives. Leading a talented team of content specialists, you'll bring together insights, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business results in a rapidly evolving market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing customer segment marketing strategies for GPs and Internal Medicine specialists, leveraging competitive intelligence and market insights to drive business impact for Wegovy and Ozempic
  • Owning the complete Customer Team strategy cycle—from planning and action through to follow-up—ensuring coordinated campaign execution across Sales, Medical, MAPA, and Customer Experience
  • Managing and developing a team of Digital Content Enablers and a Marketing Coordinator, coaching them to create compelling, compliant content for GPs, internists, dieticians, and nurses
  • Leading cross-functional alignment and communicating strategic marketing priorities to ensure sales force readiness and coordinated execution across all touchpoints
  • Driving competitive differentiation through bold, insight-driven positioning and agile responses to market dynamics and competitor activities
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with professional organizations while representing Novo Nordisk at congresses and industry events
  • Leading product launches by developing comprehensive go-to-market plans with clear strategy, timelines, KPIs, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who can balance strategic vision with execution excellence. You'll bring:

  • Bachelor of Science - must; Master's degree is an advantage
  • Proven pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, with a strong track record of developing customer segment strategies that deliver business results
  • Leadership experience managing and developing marketing professionals, with the ability to coach, inspire, and build high-performing teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and skill in leading without authority—you know how to drive alignment across Sales, Medical, and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic planning excellence combined with strong execution skills—you set ambitious goals and ensure they're achieved
  • Business acumen and analytical mindset to leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and KPIs for evidence-based decision-making
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Flexibility and proactivity to respond rapidly to market feedback and competitive activities
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
