The Position

Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for an Internal Communication Manager. In this role, you will drive the Internal Communication across Novo Nordisk Israel, Design and drive the communication strategy supporting business goals, and Strength Novo Nordisk's corporate reputation.

 

Your main accountabilities will be: 

  • Develop and execute the communication strategy of the affiliate aligned with business priorities. 
  • Coordinate, structure, and plan internal communications, building a communication plan through the channels available in Novo Nordisk.
  • Be part of the crisis management committee to assure proper internal communication.
  • Ensure a strong company reputation and Be part of Novo Nordisk Global GCN (Global Communications Network).      
  • Work according to Business Ethics procedures and Work according to local law, Novo Nordisk Way, and Novo Nordisk policies & guidelines. 

 

Qualifications

To be eligible for the role, you hold a bachelor’s or MBA / MA degree in communications or social sciences or political sciences, or digital & media from a university or well-recognized institute. You have 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry in a similar role with a proven track record in communication and the ability to translate business priorities into the most efficient and effective communication plan and execute the plan. You have the ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, Leadership teams, employees, customers, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across functions and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead without authority strong networking, and Out of box thinking, always eager to launch and implement new ideas.
  • Have excellent project management skills and the ability to execute hands-on tasks.
  • Strong strategic capabilities with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations into a change management communication plan.
  • Team player who can work both in a team, cross-functionally, as well as independently.
  • Experience in working with media relations in a private company, public institution, or Public Relation agency.
  • Experience in working in HR departments or Pharma Experience - an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Hebrew.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint Presentations or Canva.

 

About the Department
