Novo Nordisk is looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to take up the role of Facilities & Operations Responsible, based in Kfar Saba. The Facilities & Operations Responsible will be responsible for Office facilities, administrative services, operations and maintenance management, and will report to Commercial IT and Admin Manager.

The Position

This role is an individual contributor role.

  • Car Fleet: Responsibility for company car fleet including ordering new cars, approving invoices, reviewing new car models in the market, price quotes, leasing company contract and management, reporting CO2  emissions, Road 6, petrol companies, suppliers invoices follow-up and approval.
  • Office Management: Cleaning company, ongoing office maintenance (including physical work),  suppliers’ invoices follow up, communication with building management and security companies, municipal and governmental services (Fire department, electricity company, property tax, water) office facilities check-up routing to ensure normal condition, manage vendors to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Warehouse: Managing inventory system, sending monthly inventory reports to coordinators and managers, preparing promotional materials for conferences and staff meetings.
  • Mobile phones & telephony system: point of contact for mobile phone and cellular companies, mobile device fixing & replacement service, approving monthly invoices, purchasing data packages, supporting employees with invoices errors, responsible for local office phones system.
  • Admin support: Responsible for office equipment and improvements, responsible of facilities functionality, Reception backup, receiving and managing deliveries, postal office routine, meeting rooms arrangements, performing occasional deliveries, invoices follow up and approval.
  • Health & Safety: Responsible for annual safety check with external vendor including implementing required adjustments, and follow up.
  • Employee service: Provide high quality admin service for all employees in NNIL.




  • 2+ years of experience in operations / facilities, preferably from a global corporate company
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
  • Independent, have a can-do attitude and mental resilience
  • Service oriented and initiator
  • Have the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and excellent communicator
