The Position

As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Novo Nordisk’s digital transformation. You will maintain and enhance our Multi-channel Customer Engagement (MCE) ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations for all internal stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of our defined MCE strategy, helping to drive innovation and deliver impactful digital experiences. Through your strategic thinking and hands-on management, you will shape how we engage with customers, ensuring that our digital campaigns are not only effective but also align with our broader organizational goals. You will be reporting directly to Costumer Excellence Director.

 

In addition, you will: 

  • Facilitate digital campaign management to drive customer engagement.
  • Execute MCE plans in alignment with the MCE Manager.
  • Support and coordinate digital projects, including marketing automation campaigns and unbranded digital marketing plans
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns for Health Care Professionals, ensuring compliance and boosting brand awareness.
  • Conduct SEO optimization to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.

 

Qualifications

For this role, you should be a proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude and strong time management, while enjoying working with a diverse teams and taking responsibility for achieving objectives.

 

You should also have:

  • Academic/Master’s degree in relevant field (specialization in communication / business or marketing desired).
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer journeys, social media and SEO (In healthcare industry - advantage).
  • Knowledge of multichannel campaign development with focus on marketing automation systems (customer journey development), utilization of SoMe and other digital communication (web, paid media etc.)
  • Proven record of developing successful social media campaigns and optimization of digital content for search engines.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English - Verbal and Writing.
