Your new role
As a Cardio Metabolic Sales Rep, you'll be at the forefront of introducing Wegovy and Ozempic to healthcare professionals across the Dan and Tel-Aviv regions. You'll play a vital role in expanding access to treatments that transform lives, while building trusted partnerships within the medical community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's obesity and diabetes portfolio within your assigned territory, driving sales performance aligned with company objectives
- Identifying and establishing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacists
- Delivering compelling presentations and training sessions that educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and clinical evidence
- Analyzing your territory to identify opportunities, execute strategic territory plans, and monitor competitor activities
- Organizing and facilitating educational customer events that bring value to healthcare professionals
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with healthcare professionals to build long-term partnerships and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and medical teams to maximize impact
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a passionate sales professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and making a real difference in patients' lives. You'll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets, preferably from international pharmaceutical company
- A bachelor's degree, preferably B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with healthcare professionals
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities to deliver impactful educational sessions
- Strategic thinking to analyse territory dynamics, identify opportunities, and execute effective sales plans
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Commitment to working within business ethics procedures, local laws, and Novo Nordisk quality standards
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
