The role

Novo Nordisk is looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to take up the role of Business Insights Analyst - Customer Excellence Department.

The Analyst will deliver significant and action-oriented analyses to help drive decision-making with insights from customer data analysis. You will be part of the customer excellence team.


You will maximize commercial effectiveness (CE), ensuring implementation of tools and processes. You will monitor and support best-in-class performance in the affiliate.



  • Maximize Commercial Effectiveness, ensuring implementation of tools and processes.
  • Sales force excellence - lead with sales and marketing data analytics to ensure that commercial effectiveness and customer engagement framework is effectively implemented
  • Drive the tactical & strategic commercial effectiveness activities with cross-functional collaboration in the affiliate to ensure alignment with the business strategy and optimum resource allocation (including: targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, sales force structure & deployment, target setting, operational call planning and short term incentive design).
  • Manage and analyses the data from CRM system and marketing automation system to provide main insights to improve performance
  • Monitor and support best-in-class performance in the affiliate.
  • Ensure that all relevant functions understand and apply customer engagement  processes appropriately
  • Mange all patients & multi-channel customer engagement data and built main insights dashboards in accessible system (Qliksense)



  • BSc/BA Degree in Economics, industrial & management engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharma industry 
  • MBA degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as data scientist or BI developer is an advantage.
  • Design and implementation of new dashboards
  • Sharing your findings using impactful visualization and efficient communication  
  • Fluent English
