Your new role

As the Senior Manager, People & Organisation (P&O), you lead the P&O agenda in line with the Business Area and Region Emerging Markets strategies. This is an opportunity for you to:

  • Define and deploy the P&O strategy in Pakistan, aligned with regional priorities and local business needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team on people, talent, organisation design and business strategy.
  • Drive and lead change by influencing leaders, aligning on transformation priorities and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Ensure excellence in HR operations: recruitment, performance management, learning & development, rewards, policies and Novo Nordisk ways of working.
  • Lead, develop and empower the P&O team to deliver high performance and strong people impact.

 

Your new department

The Pakistan affiliate is a part of the Business Area Middle East and Central Asia (BAMECA), in Region Emerging Markets (REM). The Pakistan affiliate consists of more than 150 people highly skilled and engaged professionals showing remarkable results. You will lead a team of four people and be a member of the leadership team while reporting directly to the affiliate General Manager.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a new Senior Manager, People & Organisation who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • Graduate level degree, e.g. Human Resource, Organisation/Human Psychology or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR leadership roles within a multinational organisation
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with a good eye for people development are essential.
  • Proven experience in change management and innovative thinking, with a strong focus on building positive employee experiences, strategic business partnering, and acting as an effective coach to foster growth and resilience.
  • Excellent communications skills to all levels and fluency in English
