As a Logistics Specialist, you will be joining a highly qualified team reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations.  

 

The position
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in project management, sales forecast & planning, budgets & reports, imports planning, and stakeholder management. You will be leading complete end-to-end supply chain operations, supervising all functions related to stock distribution and coordination with distributor, monitoring SAP related posting, preparing regional and Headquarters (HQ) reports among others.

In this role you are expected to:

  • Maintain sufficient stock levels across Pakistan and supervise stock distribution and coordination with distributors
  • Monitor SAP posting for HCP samples, donations, and expiry, and liaise with key stakeholders including distributors
  • Keep records and advise on discount approvals to distributors, manage sales invoicing and SAP posting, and oversee inventory management
  • Plan warehouse logistics depot-wise, arrange stock transfers with insurance, and manage write-offs, returns, expiries, and FOC management
  • Coordinate order and delivery planning for tender orders with institutional teams, conduct credit risk analysis, manage credit for pharmacies and institutional orders, perform monthly stock reconciliation activities, and liaise with distributors for NN stock management

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines; MBA will be an added advantage. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
