Your new role 

The role is responsible for strengthening the organization’s ethical culture, embedding an ethical mindset across affiliates, developing and delivering compliance training, and leading monitoring activities.

As a Compliance and Ethics Partner at Novo, you will:

• Drive and strengthen the affiliate's ethics and compliance culture.
• Develop and deliver compliance and ethics training programs across the organization.
• Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters and ethical decision-making.
• Lead compliance monitoring activities and assess adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, accountability, and speak-up behavior.
• Support the integration of compliance as a business enabler across affiliate operations.
• Escalate significant compliance risks and breaches through established governance channels.

Your new department
You will be part of the Legal, Compliance and Quality department at Novo Pakistan, based in Karachi. This team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and legal integrity. The department fosters a collaborative and professional atmosphere. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Law, Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in Compliance, monitoring and ethics. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with corporate compliance frameworks, codes of conduct, risk assessments, and remediation processes.

On a personal level we are looking for a proactive and trusted business partner who can work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, sound ethical judgment, and a high level of personal integrity. A strong analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to assess risks and make balanced decisions, will be key to success in this role.
