The position
As a LEAN Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in improving our LEAN standards, coaching managers, planning and executing workshops and preparing the M2 organization for the future. The job is across our manufacturing facilities which is undergoing large changes and getting ready to up-scale production, while focusing on continuously improving the core processes.
Responsibilities will include:
• Enhance LEAN standards, visual management systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach managers, production teams and Support teams in LEAN systems like Performance boards, planning overview and problem solving.
• Collaborate across multiple API production sites and educate LEAN thinking to new employees across API business area, as a part of our cLEAN training community.
Be part of building a diverse and engaged LEAN team of 5 awesome LEAN partners, that support our 7 departments in M2.
Qualifications
You will mostly be active at our Kalundborg office, with mornings on the shop floor in the factories and afternoons with your colleagues in the LEAN team. Additionally, 2-3 days a month will be spent off-site (in Kalundborg), at our LEAN academy training location, training new employees in LEAN fundamentals and Problem Solving. You will receive thorough onboarding and sufficient training with a buddy from the team on how we apply LEAN in Novo Nordisk, along with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. To succeed in this role, you have:
• Academic degree in a relevant field or work experience from a similar industry.
• Strong LEAN toolbox and hands-on shop floor experience.
• Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into visual understanding and drive smaller optimization projects – eg. Scrum Master experience.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
Desired qualifications:
• Experience with LEAN way of thinking, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, A3 and other problem-solving tools – you know how to tell the story with data.
• Leadership or Project management experience and you enjoy communicating and coordinating with many stakeholders.

M2 is a part of the Novo Nordisk API manufacturing, based in Kalundborg. We are approx. 750 Employees in 7 departments; Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, QC laboratory, Business Support, Projects & strategi and Maintenance.
