The position
As a cLEAN Business Partner, you will:
- Optimise resource use and minimise costs while maintaining quality standards in and support function.
- Develop and implement administrative schedules to ensure the effective use of employees.
- Provide process optimisation using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Report on weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions, and discrepancies, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Offer change management assistance, development of coaching skills, process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement advice.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Strong understanding of LEAN and six sigma methodologies
- Understanding of optimizing administrative processes or production activities within a manufacturing or field site environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred:
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Experience in change management and strategy development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to develop and implement production schedules effectively
- Proficiency in written and spoken Danish
