Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the operation of our Building Management System (BMS) in close cooperation with our HVAC engineers, the Automation and IT teams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Play a key role for our ability to be operational ready within BMS and FMS, ensure preparation and completion of various qualification tasks
- Ensure and maintain validated state of production IT Systems and computerised equipment and compliance in accordance with GMP
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of the IT systems and identify new requirements for the systems you are assigned to.
- Provide guidance to system owner and LoB as subject matter expert, and support with technical input.
- Manage the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems.
- Substitute System Managers for other IT systems in PPV IT
It is a vital success criteria to enhance and standardise the system compliance regarding documentation and improve the analytical approach with data-based investigations.

Your skills and qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Minimum a bachelor’s or technical degree in IT, automation or similar fields or has had a similar position in the pharma or another regulated production environment. You have 3-5 years of experience and a solid level of technical understanding and knowledge of basic production IT systems and the data flow within. Furthermore, you are well experienced in the MS Office.
- Experience within the Pharma industry or other highly regulated industry (GMP) preferred.
- It is an advantage if you have GAMP5 and/or GMP knowledge, Lifecycle management (LCM) experience and technical knowledge of BMS, FMS and potentially HVAC
- You have proficiency in writing documents related to quality activities within the area of responsibility of the team.
- Fluent in English is a necessity, while Danish proficiency is an advantage.It is also an advantage if you have worked with or have knowledge about cLEAN/LEAN principles.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mindset, and you enjoy providing support within your area of expertise. You have a positive can-do attitude and manage to get the job done with the right sense of urgency, prioritization and communicating status and solutions accordingly – while supporting and keeping a touch of fun our day-to-day work environment. You like working together with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take the lead on crucial improvement activities and present and report the progress to management. Finally, you are thorough and find it natural to work independently. In your daily challenges you have the personal skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently define necessary arrangements and set direction with the right level of GMP focus.
