The Postion

As our new Student Assistant, you will:

  • Receive and archive electronic and physical documentation.
  • Create tracking visualisations to effectively monitor progress.
  • Suggest and implement workflow optimisations within the handover and archiving process.
  • Work both in the office and/or from home, gaining insight into a global company and manufacturing environment.
  • Learn about the importance of a structured approach to receiving and archiving data and documents. 

Practicalities:

  • Working hours: 8-16 hours per week. (with flexibility during exam periods)
  • Start date: March 2025 or soonest possible
  • Location: Kalundborg, Denmark

 

Full time Danish work permit is required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a student who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Studying within the fields of quality management, librarian, or data science.
  • Fast learner with a flair for IT systems beyond the MS Office package.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Structured and attentive to details.
  • Motivated by reaching goals and not afraid to chase missing pieces to progress.
  • Curious and eager to improve the way we work.

About the department

 

You will be a part of the PPV project for establishing a brand-new insulin manufacturing facility. Join a team of around 10 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues who support the implementation of quality management elements in our new facility. You will report to the associate manager for PPV Business Support. The job is located in Kalundborg, a vibrant city known for its rich history and beautiful landscapes, providing a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere for work.
