The position 

As a Strategy Partner, you will be part of the PS API Expansions executive office and support the management team on various strategic and operational tasks and processes, often requiring analyses, problem solving, and collaboration across the organisation. 

 

Your main tasks will be to: 

  • Contribute to key strategic processes and reporting, such as strategic aspirations, business review and risk management, often through preparation of presentations and planning of workshops with the leadership team and other stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate actions from diverse fora, including portfolio steering groups and investment committees, requiring engaging with diverse stakeholders, consolidating various input, and develop presentation and reporting material. 
  • Lead or support assignments in the executive office, involving continuous improvement of processes, running strategic initiatives, reporting at portfolio level and business case analyses. 
  • Prepare compelling communication material, tailoring complex information to audiences at all levels. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with: 

  • A master's degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or a similar field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, strategy, management consulting, or a similar function. 
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights and meaningful conclusions from complex issues combined with a structured approach, strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication skills for creating clear and compelling reports and presentations tailored to a broad range of audiences and a proven ability to build and maintain relations with stakeholders across organisational levels. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

You will be joining PS API Expansions, which is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT).  PS API Expansions is a growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
