We are looking for a Shutdown Coordinator to join our facility FPM (Finished Product Manufacturing) DK1 in Kalundborg.
The position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shutdown Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing shutdown activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing shutdown projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement shutdown plans, schedules, and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments and efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to execute shutdown activities successfully.
- Monitor progress, provide regular updates to management, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the shutdown process.
- Conduct post-shutdown reviews to assess outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all shutdown activities are meticulously planned, executed, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we imagine you have:
- A relevant educational background within Engineering, Project Management, or any other related field.
- Proven experience in managing shutdown projects, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in English and Danish (candidates who are learning Danish will also be considered).
Furthermore, you bring strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities with ease. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders. Additionally, you thrive under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.
About the department
Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
We are responsible for the implementation and operation of Maintenance and Repair of our assembly and packaging equipment. We continuously improve and update our processes. The job is at our facility in Kalundborg, where we maintain a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
