We are looking for a Shutdown Coordinator for our facility FPM DK1 in Kalundborg. 

 

The position 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shutdown Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing shutdown activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing shutdown projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement shutdown plans, schedules, and procedures. 

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all shutdown activities are planned and executed efficiently. 

  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management. 

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during shutdown activities. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 

  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful shutdown execution. 

  • Conduct post-shutdown reviews and identify areas for improvement. 

 

Qualifications 

  • A relevant educational background within Engineering, Project Management, Construction or any other related field. 

  • Proven experience in managing shutdown projects, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. 

  • Fluency in English and Danish. 

 

About the department 

We are responsible for the implementation and operation of Maintenance and Repair of our assembly and packaging equipment. We continuously improve and update our processes. The job is at our facility in Kalundborg, where we maintain a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
