If yes, you might be our new Senior Project Manager for IT/OT.

 

The Position

As the Senior Project Manager, IT/OT in the Expansions project, you will be responsible for the IT/OT strategy and follow the project plan for a potential new warehouse in the Kalundborg area. In close cooperation with central IT/OT departments and stakeholders, you and the project team will design how the warehouse, inclusive of equipment and automated systems, will be linked to Novo Nordisk IT systems and validated. This includes systems like SAP, production networks, BMS/FMS, etc. The project team consists of members with diverse cultural backgrounds in roles such as Architects, Engineers, External Consultants, NN corporate functions, Management, and Line of Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a multicultural team, ensuring effective collaboration and positive team dynamics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with various stakeholders across Novo Nordisk sites.
  • Project Management: Oversee the IT/OT strategy and project plan, ensuring simplicity and standardization in solutions for future projects.
  • Design & Validation: Design and validate the warehouse systems, including SAP, production networks, BMS/FMS, and more.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing and Engineering Practices.

In this role, you will report directly to the Project Director as the WPO for IT/OT and work in close coordination with other project and work-package managers and relevant functions. Qualifications

We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT, OT, engineering, or similar.
  • Strong experience in IT and/or OT project management.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with GMP.

As a person, you can build good relationships with your stakeholders. You are systematic and a clear communicator. You thrive working autonomously as well as in close cooperation with your colleagues. Even in busy periods, you manage to keep an overview and set direction for your area of responsibility.
