The Position

We are looking for an employee with solid experience in GMP, who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 4-6 years. It is an advantage if you have experience from Finished Production/FPM and have shown that you can make a difference in a GMP world. In this role, you will be the go-to person who sets direction and guides colleagues in the team, leaders, and other stakeholders to the right quality level. Additionally, you will handle and resolve complicated quality cases effectively, ensuring that there is no compromise on quality. You will also challenge the status quo to simplify processes and procedures.

Main Tasks:

  • Independently drive and solve tasks with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including operators, leaders in production, Supply Chain, and QA.
  • Show your success in the role by focusing on the quality of the work you deliver and by ensuring timely implementation of optimization measures.
  • Managing multiple tasks and leading initiatives across the support departments.
  • Execute tasks with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that solutions are thorough and advantageous to the entire department, as well as to the wider network of stakeholders across the department.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A relevant academic education – ideally a scientific one such as an engineer, pharmacist, chemist, or similar.
  • More than 4 years of working with GMP, good knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry

It is an advantage if you have worked in finished goods production earlier (Finished production), but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are aware of your responsibility and able to make the necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. You have a good overview and a sharp analytical sense, making it easy for you to zero in on and understand connections between processes, materials, and equipment. In the team, we value collaboration, well-being, high professionalism, and commitment. We therefore appreciate if you enjoy interacting with other people and have a great passion and motivation for the work you do.

About the department

You will be part of Novo Nordisk’s finished goods production, which includes around 4,500 employees across 6 production sites and five countries. We are the last, but very important link in the value chain before the finished products can be sent to patients worldwide. In the finished goods production in Kalundborg, we are about 700 employees responsible for assembling and packing diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.

As part of the support team in Finished Production, you will have the opportunity to play a central role in the operation of our packaging lines, which produce injectable insulin products. You will also collaborate closely with our sister teams, giving you the opportunity to work with both assembly lines and washing processes. Together we strive to achieve our ambitious goals, and with the desire to be among the best, we make a virtue of challenging the status quo. We handle changes and solve problems effectively without compromising GMP and our ability to deliver high quality on time.
