The position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex IT/OT programs and projects. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and team coordination, while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations. The Senior IT/OT Project Manager will provide technical leadership, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in IT/OT systems and technologies.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex ITOT projects/programs.

Identifying IT/OT risks and create effective mitigation strategies.

Leading IT/OT activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.

Facilitating project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion.

Providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and junior project managers.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the manager in establishing new project governance within the team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
-
Extensive experience in IT/OT or IT/Automation projects within highly regulated manufacturing environments, including GMP and validation.

Ability to develop and implement technical roadmaps, training programs, and upgrades for the systems.

Experience with technical assessments, evaluations, and compliance with technical standards and best practices.

Proven ability to lead technical innovation and maintain expertise in emerging IT/OT systems and technologies.

Fluent written and oral English.

You will join a team with very committed colleagues! We are organizationally placed in Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) operating to support PS API M4.
PS API M4 API is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality pharmaceutical products. In M4, we are supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases and using our competencies in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
