The position 

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be part of the PS API Expansions executive office and support the management team on various strategic and operational tasks and processes, requiring strong facilitation and the ability to execute while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape. 

Your main tasks will be to: 

• Own and facilitate strategic processes and reporting, such as strategic aspirations, business review and risk management, often through preparation of presentations and facilitation of workshops with the leadership team and other stakeholders. 
• Participate of coordinating agendas for PS API Expansions management meetings, ensuring prioritization of leadership, strategic, and transformation topics, while also facilitating relevant discussions and developing decision materials. 
• Lead and support assignments in the executive office, involving continuous improvement of processes, coordination of actions from various fora, and business case analyses. 
• Prepare compelling communication material, tailoring complex information to audiences at all levels. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with: 

• A master’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or a similar field. 
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project/portfolio management, strategy, management consulting, or a similar function. 
• Proven track record of change management, relation building with senior stakeholders, and an ability facilitate dialogues and collaborate effectively across organizational levels. 
• A structured approach with strong time management and organizational skills, allowing for effective prioritization, and the ability to take ownership of assignments. 
• Strong communication skills for creating clear and compelling reports and presentations tailored to a broad range of audiences and a proven ability to build and maintain relations with stakeholders across organisational levels. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

You will be joining PS API Expansions, which is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT).  PS API Expansions is a growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
