We are now hiring senior project leads, and process specialists within the following disciplines: Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Freeze- and Spray-drying, Facility design and construction, Utility design and construction, Automation/IT design and construction as well as experienced profiles within industry 4.0 technologies and Health & Safety. We expect to post jobs continuously. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing. 

 

About the position: Robotics Engineer


As Robotics Engineer, you support our process track from the design phase all the way through implementation and finally continuous improvements after we are in operation. As part of your responsibilities you will ensure a optimized automated solutions with focus on process optimization and standardization across our different process areas. 
Together with a network of project managers, suppliers and process teams you will take lead in ensuring our solution will be as simple and efficient as possible, with respect for our highly requirement for quality, safety as well as production processes. 
You are a trusted advisor to the project teams and hence feeling confident presenting to larger audiences, both within the project organisation as well as for externals suppliers and contractors.
You will be driving the process finding and designing our robotics solutions in close collaboration with the Project teams for each track as well with our IT/OT team. It is key to have a high focus on collaboration, standardization and quality. 
Finally, you should be a profound practitioner of systematic problem-solving. Ideally, you can both facilitate the problem-solving as well as collect and analyse data independently, to draw the right conclusions in a given situation. 


About you


To be considered for this position, you should:
•    Have 5+ years of professional experience working with Robotics.
•    Hold as a minimum a bachelor's degree in any relevant academic discipline.
•    Experience working within a matrix organisation is preferred
•    Good understanding of process flows within IT/Automation
•    Good stakeholder management understanding ideally from larger companies or complex projects.
•    Have profound insight into systematic problem-solving. 
•    Master English proficiency (verbal and written).
