The position
As our Ramp-Up Owner, you will manage a cross functional process in effectively achieving ramp-up goals, such as OEE, through extensive collaboration with stakeholders who share the same objectives. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement strategies for operational readiness in Warehouse operations.
- Ensure alignment between teams regarding governance, structure, and systems.
- Lead daily Hypercare, war rooms, and escalation meetings.
- Manage schedules, milestones, and governance structures for ramp-up projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement using cLEAN® tools and methodologies.
- Support optimization of production and maintenance of technical equipment.
Qulaifications
For you to be successful in this position you need to have:
- An academic degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, IT)
- Proven 3 years’ experience in project- or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and influence primary business operations
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cLEAN® tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience within the GMP or GDP field.
- Experience within Supply Chain Area.

FPM DK-1 is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) located in Kalundborg. Our team of approximately 560 colleagues works collaboratively to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards. As the final step in the supply chain, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and quality control, bringing value to our patients worldwide.
