The position    

As our new Ramp-Up Owner, you will manage a cross functional process in effectively achieving ramp-up goals, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), through extensive collaboration with stakeholders who share the same objectives. In this position you are helped by an existing Global FP standard for Operational Readiness & Ramp-up that can guide you in some of the work packages that you need to deploy. Your main responsibilities will be:    

  • Responsible for “Operational readiness” - getting the organization ready for production
    • Develop and implement strategies in department
    • Ensure alignment between teams regarding governance, structure, and systems. 
    • Managing steering group presentations
  • Responsible for “Ramp Up” of 2 combined blister and packaging lines
    • Lead daily Hypercare, war rooms, and escalation meetings.   
    • Manage schedules, milestones, and governance structures for ramp-up projects and continuous improvement activities.   
    • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders/vendors to achieve shared objectives.   
    • Strong communication- and stakeholder management skills
    • Drive continuous improvement using LEAN tools and methodologies.   
    • Support optimization of production and maintenance of technical equipment.   

   

Qualifications   

For you to be successful in this position you need to have:   

  • An academic degree (Bachelor’s) in a relevant field (Process, Engineering, Project Management, LEAN or similar).
  • Proven 3 years’ experience in project - or operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly/blister/packaging lines.   
  • Strong communication skills.   
  • Ability to make independent decisions and influence primary business operations   
  • Proficiency in English and Danish.   

Nice to have:   

  • Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies.   
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.   
  • Experience within the GMP or GDP field.   

  

The ideal candidate will have a strong processes knowledge and should be capable of setting clear direction. Great communication skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, collaborate effectively across functions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders at all levels.

FPM DK-1 is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) located in Kalundborg. Our team of approximately 570 colleagues works collaboratively to ensure that our finished products are assembled, blistered and packed to the highest standards. As the final step in the supply chain, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and quality control, bringing value to our patients worldwide.
