The position 

As our new Manager, you will : 

 

  • Lead two distinct teams: an AQL team and a Projects and Qualification QA team 

  • Manage daily operations, including planning, prioritization, and GMP documentation handling 

  • Participate in project steering group meetings and contribute to cross-organizational collaborations 

  • Join the management team in AM QA KA and embody a culture of openness, honesty, and continuous improvement 

  • Serve as a role model and leader, fostering an environment of professional and personal development within the teams 

 

Qualifications 

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have the following qualifications: 

  • You hold a master's or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant scientific discipline.  

  • You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to take the lead, make decisions, and focus on deliverables while taking care of your team.  

  • You should have at least 3 years of experience with GMP, quality management, and audits/inspections.  

  • Preferably, you have experience in aseptic production and/or validation/qualification/projects.  

 

Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and distinctly in both Danish and English.

About the department 

Our department AM QA KA is responsible for assuring safe products for our patients. The department consists of 68 highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. You will be a part of a department where behavioural targets are driving our culture and where setting direction for quality is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and drive improvements. In your role, you will refer directly to the Director of AM QA KA.
