The position
As a Project Manager, you will be working on construction projects which have high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. Together with engineering partners and suppliers you will:

  • design and build huge new facilities for new factories
  • manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent stakeholder engagement.

You will get a clear responsibility under the supervision of a senior project manager, who is in the project already.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague, who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experiences:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field
  • English proficiency (verbal and written) and preferably also Danish
  • Solid understanding of project management systems relevant for construction projects
  • Experience with managing contracts and a complex vendor setup would be an advantage

It would be an advantage if you had experience from a large global company, working with different cultures but you could also come from a smaller company, as long as you have experience with project management.

Do not hesitate to apply even if you cannot tick all the boxes, as your profile might be a great fit for our needs, anyway.

On a personal level, we imagine that you have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders, you enjoy close teamwork and have experience motivating others. You thrive in a multicultural environment that demands independence to make critical decisions. Building structure comes naturally to you and you enjoy simplicity.
