Project Manager - Drug Product Manufacturing

Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary investment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Production, Quality and other support functions to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics while driving mitigation actions
- Facilitate decision-making processes and remove barriers to execution
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and internal processes
You will play a key role in enabling reliable production environments while continuously improving project execution practices.
About the department
You will join the Project Management Office (PMO) within Business Support, where we drive and support investment projects across the organisation. You will become part of a collaborative team of 11 experienced colleagues plus external consultants, working closely with our Project Portfolio Manager, Project Controller and fellow Project Managers. We value knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and strong teamwork, creating an environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while further developing your project management competencies.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Manager with a solid track record of delivering projects in complex environments.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Bring at least 3 years of project management experience
- Demonstrate strong planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Have experience with project governance, risk management, and reporting
- Communicate confidently in English (Danish is an advantage)
We are looking for a candidate with a strong, proven project management track record. Experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, engineering or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage. Experience with aseptic manufacturing or utility systems is an additional benefit. You are proactive, collaborative and thrive in a dynamic environment where you balance multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651.000,00 DKK to 956.900,00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
