Are you an experienced IT specialist with a passion for 800xA architecture? We are looking for a talented Product Architect to join our 800xA CoE in Novo Nordisk. We own all 800xA systems, and we are responsible for standardization of the platform across Novo Nordisk API.

The Position 

As a Product Architect at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Play a crucial role in aligning with System Managers to a shared standardized technical direction.  
  • Take a specialist role and can contribute to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations. The role focusses on technical soundness and integrity of the solution and will be expected to provide the necessary information to take informed decisions about the technology. 
  • Ensure the use of best practices, design guides, principles, and agreed standards, including our target architecture. Support LoB in applying new technologies and defined standards.  
  • Engage with local stakeholders to create roadmaps and ensure there is a plan for keeping the system compliance with the LCM.  

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we believe it is essential that you have: 

  • A master’s degree or equivalent within IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field. 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience covering IT operational processes and governance structures in large organizations. 
  • Hands-on technical experience with designing, implementing, and qualifying DCS Application platform and network infrastructure. 
  • Previous experience within the Pharma, Biotech, or other regulated industries, will be a great advantage. 
  • Exceptional analytic skills and experience in creating roadmaps or projects that span years. 

 

As a person, you are proactive, structured, curious, and want to take the lead in ensuring the best solutions for the sites. You are good communicator across functions, organizational levels, and cultures. Moreover, you are able to listen and understand the system and business complexities and translate them into opportunities. 

 

About the Department 

You will join the 800xA CoE, consisting of system managers, solution architect, and senior specialist. Our team is responsible for overseeing all existing and future installations of 800xA in API. We take on the role of system architects in greenfield projects and serve as technical leads in DCS projects. We are part of the Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) department, operating in Kalundborg.
