The position
As Process Responsible you will be leading the development and optimization of all processes across DAPI Technical Warehouse, in close cooperation with your team and across our organization, using LEAN tools. Furthermore, you will be managing internal and external stakeholders and become our representative in the Maintenance process group. You will create close collaboration with projects and preferred suppliers, ensuring correct ordering flow of spare parts and high-quality equipment. Moreover, you will support management by creating transparency and analysis for strategic decision making. You will be engaging in cross-organisational initiatives and develop your stakeholder management skills even further.


Key responsibilities will include
•    Process responsibility including identifying of gaps in the procedures and drive the distribution process of spare parts correctly
•    Improve and implement procedures, ensuring efficient communication and process flow across stakeholders 
•    Establishing a trustworthy “go-to” collaboration with customers and suppliers


You hold a master’s degree within supply chain, process optimization, logistics, engineering or similar, alternatively highly professional technician or operator with some technical background would also be taken into account. A minimum 5 years of relevant experience within process optimization, including documented success in a complex working environment is a must.


Preferably, you are experienced within LEAN and have been driving workshops leading to process improvement. Thereto: 
•    Practical experience working with SAP and superuser in Excel
•    VSM Experience with continuous improvement 


Experience with PLM would be considered an advantage. Because you will be working across teams, stakeholder- and change management skills are crucial. Fluency in English both written and spoken, as well as Danish at communication level (with willingness to improve) is necessary to act successfully.

The department
Come join our team of 10 employees comprising of purchasers, operators, engineers, and technicians who make up DAPI Technical Warehouse. Our responsibility is to procure, quality control and provide spare parts to all the facilities in DAPI Kalundborg. This leaves us with a broad surface of stakeholders, that we need to manage and service every day.

Furthermore, in our centralized role as DAPI Technical Production Support we aim to link the organisation by engaging stakeholders throughout DAPI. Set direction by developing strategies and provide guidance, as well as driving and improve processes in business support and Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients by leveraging expert knowledge.
