Your new role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvements and ensuring robust process performance. You will work closely with colleagues across the department to solve challenges and enhance efficiency in a GMP-regulated environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting process execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring stable production operations
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches and systematic problem-solving
  • Performing process confirmation and maintaining a strong focus on inspection readiness and compliance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to share knowledge and implement best practices
  • Contributing to a culture of learning and development, both for yourself and your colleagues

 

Your new department

In Global Manufacturing Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe, dedicated to supplying life‑saving medicines to patients who need them most.

You will join the API M3 Purification department in Kalundborg, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and systematic problem solving are at the heart of how we work. The team plays a key role in ensuring reliable and compliant manufacturing processes, while continuously striving to improve performance and quality.

 

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a curious and analytical Process Engineer who thrives in a collaborative and structured environment. You bring a strong technical foundation combined with a proactive mindset and a drive to improve processes.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An MSc (or BSc with experience) in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience (or strong interest) in manufacturing or process engineering environments, preferably within GMP
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders
  • A structured, systematic approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop

What we offer

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
