The Position

As a Process Engineer, you will support process execution, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes and equipment in the team. You will help to provide daily support to process execution and participate in systematic problem solving. Driving cross team collaboration and department Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) are part of our daily work.

 

The main tasks will be to:

  • Understand, develop, and perform process confirmation of operations.

  • Develop mindset for inspection readiness and participate in inspections.

  • Provide GMP understanding and good documentation practice according to cGMP regulation.

  • Support that our equipment works optimally, and we continuously implement improvements.

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, industrial or mechanical engineering.

  • Around 2-3 years’ experience in the field.

  • Ability to analyse data and independently extract information.

  • Fluency in English, while willing to learn Danish or having proficiency in Danish.

 

On a personal level, you are open, honest, and positive. While developing as an independent decision maker, you try to be responsible, engaged, and effective team player. You should have a technical systematic and structured know-how approach with an appetite for analytical methods and for solving complex problems.

 

Having good stakeholder management skills, great communication skills, with quality mindset and high degree of confidentiality are key to succeed in this role.

 

About the department

 

You will be part of our Process Support team in Purification plant (PPI). We are part of a larger site with several fine cleaning plants. In our department, we are about 90 employees divided into different professional groups and areas of responsibility. We can offer a healthy and engaging work environment where we work closely together in order to stabilize our processes and thereby reliably deliver product to our patients.

 

The team consists of 13 employees. We are a team that is characterized by a high level of quality in our work. We have an open and positive attitude and treat each other with respect. At the same time, we are ambitious and keep our agreements. The Purification Plants (PP) factories are characterized by the fact that we stand together and help each other.
