The Position

As a Planner, you will play a central role in coordinating production planning activities across M5. You will work closely with Production, Process, Logistics, Procurement, Quality and other key stakeholders to ensure that production activities are executed efficiently and according to plan.

The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of planning processes, tools and ways of working in a growing and complex production environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating production plans across multiple production lines and stakeholders.
• Ensuring availability of raw materials, blends, equipment and production capacity.
• Supporting daily production execution while managing changes, delays and replanning activities.
• Monitoring capacity utilization and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Supporting startup, shutdown and project-related production activities.
• Maintaining planning data and ensuring high-quality documentation.
• Using data and planning insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships across production, quality, logistics and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy collaborating across many interfaces.

We imagine that you have:

• A bachelor's degree within Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience from manufacturing, production planning, supply chain planning or a similar area.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• An interest in manufacturing processes, equipment and operational excellence.
• Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

It would be considered an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools such as SAP or similar solutions.
• Previous exposure to capacity planning, forecasting or production scheduling.
• Danish language skills.

Salary and benefits

Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 499,600 to 734,400, depending on your experience and competencies.

Incentives and benefits: The package may include short- and/or long-term incentives as well as additional employee benefits, aligned with the position level, location, and market benchmarks.
