The Position
As Manager you will hold the leadership responsibility for a team of QA Professionals and Principal Scientist. The team has the QA responsibility for the PPV project, which is our new API purification factory in Kalundborg. 

 

The main tasks will be to:

  • Contribute to strategic decisions in the projects representing QA

  • Have an overview of resources and processes and to adjust according to the needs

  • Collaborate and influence in all organizational processes and decisions

  • Ensure individual and team development, as well as a sustainable work environment

 

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of the department, and you will be part of a dynamic management group. 

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A M.Sc. in pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent background

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills through demonstrated experience in managerial positions

  • Background from the pharmaceutical industry e.g., quality assurance or production

  • Experience in project management or execution

  • Ability to building relations with stakeholders cross functionally and globally

  • Proficiency in English

About the department
API Expansions QA Projects supports the capacity expansion projects in Kalundborg and is responsible for ensuring compliance through all project phases, as well as timely approval, and the foundation for flawless operation. The department collaborates with API production areas, internal and external stakeholders both in Denmark and international. We highly value open communication and strong collaboration among our team. Social responsibility is a priority in the department – it must be fun and challenging to go to work.
