M2 Recovery

Kalundborg, Denmark

It’s not unusual to push the boundaries of drug and device production, but in this role, you’ll push the boundaries of logistics operations and strategic supply planning too.

It’s only through unordinary approaches that we can deliver extraordinary results.

Your new role
In this production-related role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the seamless operation of our logistics functions.

This position not only focuses on day-to-day logistics tasks but also involves strategic planning and coordination with various departments, including Purchasing, Supply Operations, Finance, and production teams - bridging the gap between logistical operations and production needs.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Forecasting of raw materials for three production lines
  • Engaging and coordinating with Purchasing regarding tanker delivery
  • Managing process orders for testing, splitting, etc.
  • Collaborating with Finance on production orders
  • Monitoring consumption in production in coordination with logistics

Your new department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

You’ll join the Logistics and Facility team in M2 Recovery, where we are at the forefront of producing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for our insulin and weight loss medications. Join us in our mission to improve the health and well-being of millions around the globe.

Your skills and qualifications
We’re seeking a talented and a quick-learning planner with strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and feels confident navigating the dynamic challenges of daily logistics. You’ll bring with you:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or another relevant field coupled with practical experience in a similar role
  • A solid background in warehousing and logistics, with a creative problem-solving mindset for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency
  • Adaptability and readiness to embrace new responsibilities, tackle a variety of tasks, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • An engaging team spirit and collaborative approach that values group success over individual achievements
