API Large Project Fermentation II – Global Manufacturing & Supply
Step into a once-in-a-career project help shape the logistics backbone of this huge scale pharmaceutical fermentation project – from blank blueprint to fully operational reality.
Your new role
As Logistic Professional on the API Large Project Fermentation II, you will be the go-to person for storage, raw material warehousing and the ERP system that will power the facility. In the project phase, your priority will be acting as one-point of entry to in SAP/S4Hana and EWM, working together with our IT vendor and the future operational owners as the system is customised for the new facility.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Collaborating closely with process responsible to design storage and transfer flows for raw materials, consumables and waste – both in the physical facility and in the ERP system
- Being part of both the design and development of SAP/S4HANA and EWM together with the IT vendor and the operational system owners
- Taking ownership of ordering of test materials, including raw materials, pallets and consumables needed during commissioning and qualification
- Developing training material for the ERP system, the warehouse and the mixing areas to prepare the team for future operations
- Building up production planning and simulation tools to enable robust operations once the facility goes live
- Acting as a key bridge between IT, engineering, process and operations stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Within Global Manufacturing & Supply sits the API Large Project Fermentation II project located in Kalundborg – the project is responsible for designing, constructing, commissioning, qualifying and validating the one of the biggest pharmaceutical projects in the world. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a structured, collaborative logistics professional who thrives in complex projects and enjoys turning early-stage design into operational reality. You'll bring with you:
- Solid experience from warehouse and storage operations, ideally within a regulated or large-scale industrial setting
- Hands-on experience with SAP/S4HANA, and preferably also with EWM
- An academic background relevant to logistics, supply chain, engineering or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across IT vendors, engineering, process and operations
- A genuine team-player mindset, with the drive to take ownership and move things forward in a fast-paced project environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
