Associate Manager to IT and Automation team

Do you want to be part of preparing Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg for the future Industry requirements? We will build up a new team consisting of talented newly graduated and students. We are looking for an Associate Manager to head up this team.

 

The job

As our new associate manager, you will play a central role in building the future competences for the IT and Automation organisation in DAPI. Your job is to create a team of highly skilled people and create a sustainable working environment to support projects and production. 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Establish a new diverse and inclusive team of IT/Automation talents     
  • Build on team competences and personal development
  • Establish a broad network of IT/Automation stakeholders, to provide innovation and identify future needs
  • Collaboration with universities to attract the best people to meet global business needs

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a master´s degree within IT/Automation and have at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • You have strong communication and relation competences, and you can engage and motivate both your employees and collaboration partners
  • You have insight and knowledge from industry or academia within IT/Automation  
  • As a person, you are ambitious, engaging and able to set direction, motivate and cultivate high performance and engagement.  You work in a solution-oriented manner with a dedication to creating results together with your employees and stakeholders. 

 

About the department

Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (DAPI), located in Kalundborg, produces insulin and GLP1 for the treatment of diabetes and obesity. You will be part of a central IT/Automation department in DAPI. The department has the responsibility for driving DAPI’s automation Strategy, driving cross site IT projects and hosting cross site IT applications.
