The position
In the role as LEAN Coach, you will join a LEAN team focusing on ensuring a LEAN leadership behaviour across our site. Our facility is currently on a growth journey and LEAN leadership and systematic approach is essential on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients living with rare diseases. You contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our leaders on shopfloor and provide coaching and feedback. 

Our framework is the cLEAN Supply System. A Novo Nordisk production system that applies for Product Supply across NovoNordisk. It includes principles, systems and expected behaviours for leaders and production areas.

Additionally, you will be part of a LEAN network across the different manufacturing facilities in Aseptic Manufacturing where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain inspiration from others. 

 

Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:

•    A relevant academic degree and experience in driving leadership development through coaching and feedback methodologies – ideally you hold a coaching certification or can document this skill from previous positions.
•    Vast experience in driving change management as well as good stakeholder management skills.
•    Knowledge of LEAN principles and systems, such as performance management, systematic problem-solving tools, process confirmation, leader standard work/daily diary and continuous improvements
•    Ideally you have experience from a production site, from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries. 
•    Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Danish is a bonus.

 

On a personal level, you are passionate about solving challenges by looking at human behaviour. You enjoy being at shopfloor among key stakeholders, can work systematically and in a structured approach that enables you to keep track of progress and plan further actions. 

Your communication skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. You enjoy and have a passion for finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenge the current ways of working.


About the department
Our site Kalundborg is part of Aseptic Manufacturing. We are more than 675 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
