The position
As  a Lean Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
•    Enhance Lean standards, and visual management systems, and drive continuous improvement.
•    Coach managers, production teams, and support teams in visual management systems like performance boards, planning overviews, and problem-solving.
•    Collaborate across multiple API production sites and educate Lean thinking to new employees across the API business area as part of our cLEAN training community.
•    Be part of building a diverse and energetic Lean team of 6 awesome Lean partners.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

•    Strong Lean toolbox and hands-on shop floor experience.
•    Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to translate data into visual understanding and drive smaller optimization projects.
•    Academic degree in a relevant field or work experience from a similar industry.
•    Fluent in English and Danish.
Desired qualifications:
•    Experience with the Lean way of thinking, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, A3, and other problem-solving tools.
•    Leadership or project management experience, and you enjoy communicating and coordinating with many stakeholders.

About the department
The Lean Partner will join our Lean team in the API M2 factory in Kalundborg. Our Lean team is responsible for process optimization and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. We work closely with managers, production teams, and support teams to implement Lean principles and practices. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in a Lean way.
