As a teaser our API Manufacturing Hubs in Biotech City Kalundborg, Clayton, North Carolina, and West Lebanon, New Hampshire, US, produce half of the world’s insulin and several biopharmaceutical products. Our API Manufacturing Hubs are dynamic areas with several existing and expanding facilities plus several new factories of the future, employing state-of-the-art technologies.
Convince me, what is the Manufacturing Talent Programme about?
In general, we seek to continuously improve our existing manufacturing facilities with optimisations related to process, modern technology, advanced data analytics or a combination of all. To achieve this now and in the future, we need team players like you who are energetic, motivated, and innovative!
You will have the opportunity to rotate across our different manufacturing sites plus be exposed to specialised functions like how we develop our processes etc. The rotations will consist of 8 months for a total program length of 2 years.
You are convincing me, what will I actually do?
No rotation will be the same. The first rotation will consist of manufacturing process exposure. Key learnings: what is pharmaceutical manufacturing? How are unit-operations connected to drive value?
