Your new role
As an IT System Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable, compliant, and efficient operation of IT/OT systems within a GMP-regulated environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining systems in a validated state throughout their lifecycle, supporting both project activities and daily operations. Working closely with production, QA, automation, infrastructure teams, and external vendors, you will ensure that systems meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
- Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Support the M3 project activities and administration related to IT/OT Systems and interfaces.
- Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT system meet production and external requirements.
- Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and structured professional with a strong quality mindset and ability to collaborate across disciplines. To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field.
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT system administration or in IT system management
- Have experience in some for the following: risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation (PSE).
- Have experience in the life science industry - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an added advantage.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
- Familiarity with validation concepts, documentation, and maintaining systems in a validated state
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

The IT and Automation Department is made up diverse team made up of individuals with a variety of nationalities and professional experiences. Due to the fast pace of project life, our team is very dynamic and able to shift priorities in order to support project milestones.
What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 570,200 to 838,100, corresponding to the level of the position. The role is also open to more experienced candidates. Placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
