The Position
As an IT system manager, you are responsible for the operation of the IT solutions used in the production plant.
Examples of typical tasks are:
- Implement changes to ensure continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc.
- Write and/or Approve change requests, test protocols and instructions.
- Contribute to incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework
- Quality activities such as risk assessments
- Present the IT-systems during audits and inspections.
- Coordinate activities such as maintenance and changes on the systems in collaboration together with different stakeholders.
- Identify improvements and optimize processes by using LEAN tools.
- Offer advice and consultancy to the IT- and automation supporters.
- Participate in projects to help ensuring that new IT-systems meet User- and GMP- requirements.
The job requires physical presence in Kalundborg, Denmark.
Qualifications
As our new colleague you fulfill several of the following:
- An MSc degree within Automation or Computer Science or a BSc degree within the same subject areas supplemented by 1-2 years’ experience.
- An interest in working with- and develop skills in IT systems (MES + PCS)
- Understanding of how to convey complex information to varying audiences and thereby, explain the purpose to get everyone onboard.
- An appetite for solving complex problems to reach feasible solution.
- You have a strong quality mindset and analytical approach to challenges.
- Knowledge or experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library – (Service Now) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
About the department
You will join the IT Team, M1 in Kalundborg Denmark. We are part of a new central IT organisation DD&IT PS API M1 & PPI-IV IT Operations, with approximately 32 colleagues, who support the plants with compliance and maintenance of our IT/OT production solutions.
The IT team consist of 12 employees who run and maintain the production IT/OT solutions. The production IT consist of several solutions like PCS/DCS system “SattLine” and a MES/MOM system “LMES” – (Local Manufacturing Execution System) as well as several dedicated equipment’s that are controlled with a PLC. Besides that, we maintain our IT platform for our OT solutions. The team members are divided into System Manager, IT supporter and technicians. We do have a close cooperation with Production, Automation and sister departments across NNKA.
