The position
We are looking for an experienced SCADA or PLC programmer who will be part of the team of 10 specialist which cover task as IT and solution architect, Infrastructure, databases, SCADA programming, IT security and network.

 

Your primary task will be to drive SCADA changes when systems need updates and to support large upgrade project where you will be responsible for the technical setup of both servers and software, and the development of test environment for pre-testing both at the vendor and on site.

 

You will be supporting the day-to-day support team in the IT department which involves troubleshooting of our production facilities software. As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks will be part of your daily assignments.

 

Your working day will be varied and sometimes jam-packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are essential for the production. You will handle your assignments in close dialogue with many employee groups both inside and outside the department, where you will play a central role.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A degree within IT or Automation Engineering, Technology or similar
  • +5 years of experience with SCADA and/or iFix application support
  • High level of knowledge about IT infrastructure, SCADA (iFIX) and servers in a Windows domain environment
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in Danish & English

 

It will be considered an added advantage, if you are familiar with GMP rules with a focus on IT compliance, as well as understanding of documentation, configuration management and IT systems qualification. But most important, you are eager to learn.

You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview.

About the department
The team provides IT & Automation support for both our aseptic filling departments and our packing facility in Kalundborg. Our biopharmaceutical products are characterized by complex processes supported by employees with great professionalism and commitment. You will be part of a IT & automation team of 26 people anchored in Manufacturing IT.
