The Position
As an IT Responsible at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the IT part of the operation and maintenance of the defined Computerized Equipment, as well as ensuring compliance, life cycle management (LCM) and to be a technical advisor in relation to production IT for your area.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks & procedures
- Contributing to incident management and systematic problem-solving within an ITIL framework
- Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact, liaison partner, and escalation support for the IT part of the Computerized Equipment
- Manage the implementation of new requirements to existing Computerized Equipment
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of IT Risk Assessment, Operation and Maintenance SOP’s, ServiceNOW registration, and IT Recovery Plans
- Represent the IT part of the Computerized Equipment in connection with audits and inspections
This position is based in Kalundborg and will require high degree of onsite presence.
Qualifications
To be the ideal candidate for this position, we imagine you meet most of the following requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree within computer science, business administration, engineering or similar
- Around 2-5 years of experience in working with quality, preferably within IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated GMP-compliant industry
- Experience in development and maintenance of IT systems, with background in production environment such as Safe Guard Systems (SGS) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, while proficiency in Danish will be an advantage
On a personal note you are quality minded, structured with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have high sense of responsibility and thrive working collaboratively in a team environment.
About the Department
You will be joining a competent team of 12 people, supporting one of the manufacturing units in Kalundborg. Our department is responsible for driving IT/OT, security, compliance, and operations of IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.
