About the position

As our Health & Safety Lead Consultant, you will advise the organisation on all health and safety-related matters.

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Lead safety risk assessments and evaluations
  • Develop safety instructions and exercise safety oversight of construction sites
  • Be a driving force in a network of Health & Safety Representatives, who together with you will ongoingly ensure safety in all aspects of the project activities 

You will be a part of a professional H&S network under the Senior Vice President’s H&S Partner, who oversees H&S strategies and policies across a manufacturing site of approximately 3.000 employees. You might be asked to participate in the updates of H&S strategies to reduce accidents and near-misses and improve employee well-being.



To be considered for this position you must hold an academic degree and have several years of professional experience working with Health & Safety aspects within pharma or a construction setting.

Furthermore, you:

  • Can act as a trusted advisor and consultant in Health and Safety related matters
  • Have strong capabilities within risk assessment of construction and/or chemical processes  
  • Feel confident when presenting to larger audiences, both within the project organisation and for external contractors or visitors
  • Have experience with the development of safety instructions
  • Possess great communication skills in both English and Danish (verbal and written)
