Shape the future of manufacturing while building a world-class organisation. Join us in designing not just facilities, but the teams and culture that will serve patients for decades to come.
Your new role
As a trusted HR Business Partner for the M3 (Manufacturing 3) project, you'll be at the forefront of establishing a cutting-edge multi-product facility that bridges new automated technologies with deep biotech manufacturing expertise. This is more than traditional HR—you'll be a strategic partner shaping how we build additional API capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients globally.
Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with the Project Vice President and Project Directors as a natural part of the management group, driving strategic and operational discussions on leadership, organizational design, governance, and performance culture

Leading organisational development, design, and culture discussions with a One Team approach that connects the project and manufacturing as the facility evolves
-
Maintaining and further developing robust HR processes that support a high-performing, fast-growing organisation with high ambitions on culture and leadership
-
Developing and implementing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for a greenfield manufacturing environment
-
Contributing to cross-functional organisational initiatives based on analyzed data, while executing central yearly HR processes including bonus and salary, talent management, and employee engagement
-
Supporting senior management teams to succeed by connecting business needs with people strategies, creating synergy across a large, complex organisation.
The job will be carried out from our site in Kalundborg.
